Gail Zukerman has dedicated her work life to helping those who are unemployed and underemployed to reach self-sufficiency through work. She served as Chief Operating Officer of Employment and Training for JEVS Human Services for 26 years.  She oversaw the Orleans Technical Institute, an accredited career school; Workforce Initiatives programs; refugee programming; and Career Strategies, which provides career and educational consulting services.  She continues to work part-time for JEVS Human Services, and in this capacity is responsible for all programming that supports employment services for the Jewish poor as well as educational and internship services for Jewish youth.
