Rhoda Indictor
Rhoda brings over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience to the administrative,consulting and training arena in strategic planning, program planning and evaluation, organizational branding, marketing and promotion, and organizational development as well as in board training and development, administrative management, public relations, fund development, grant writing and grants management. She has worked as an independent contractor providing consultation services and training to nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.
Rhoda brings an extensive career of nonprofit administrative and management activities, and private sector consultation.
Her grant writing and grants management experience has included federal, state, and local government grants, as well as corporate, community, private and family foundation grants. She has also served in administrative and executive level positions for several nonprofit organizations and agencies.
As a provider of consulting services, Rhoda has worked closely with a broad range of organizations in both the public and private sectors. Her experience has been with organizations including those in healthcare, social service, education, cultural arts, faith based services, environmental preservation, and privately owned small businesses. Additionally, she has provided public relations, marketing, branding, and media relations services to a variety of organizations.
Throughout her career Rhoda has been involved with multi-cultural and inter-group relations efforts. She has had experience in working with communities of diversity in a range of roles and responsibilities. Her professional activities have spanned a full range of age, gender, religious, racial, socio-economic, and political populations. As an administrator, facilitator, clinician, and in her personal life she has demonstrated strong commitment to the importance of advancing diversity and understanding among individuals and groups.
Rhoda has also been an active member of the Montgomery County Advisory Council to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission since 2007.
